Last Updated: 2026

By booking, attending, or participating in any MakrNook workshop, craft session, event, or DIY activity, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and terms.

1. Participation & Safety

All participants are required to:

·        Follow staff instructions at all times

·        Use tools and materials responsibly

Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional misconduct may result in repair or replacement charges.

MakrNook reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior disrupts the experience of others.

6. Group Bookings & Shared Workspace Use

For group reservations involving projects with different completion times, guests are encouraged to select projects with similar durations so sessions may begin and finish together.

If certain participants complete their projects significantly earlier than others, MakrNook reserves the right to reassign seats or workspace areas as operationally necessary.

Each booking includes:

·        One participant

·        One workspace

·        One project/material package

Additional participants must be booked separately.

7. Booking Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to limited seating, reserved time slots, and advance material preparation, the following booking policies apply.

Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility is based on the original booking date and time.

Within 72 Hours of Session

Guests may choose one of the following:

Rescheduling Policy

·        Rescheduling is permitted once only

·        Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the session

·        Project selections cannot be changed on the day of the booking

When requesting a reschedule, guests must provide a preferred new date and time.

Once a booking has been rescheduled:

·        It cannot be rescheduled again

·        It cannot later be converted into a refund

Guests who fail to attend a rescheduled session will be treated as no-shows and will not receive refunds or additional credits.
