Makrnook Returns, Exchanges & Order Policies

At Makrnook, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase, as they apply to all online and in-store orders.


1. Return Window & Basic Requirements

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase date.

To be approved for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Remain in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, labels, manuals, and components
  • Be in resellable condition
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Makrnook reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are considered final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • Opened or used products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products
  • Blind Boxes and mystery material kits
  • DIY workshop material kits after pickup or opening
  • Gift cards, reward points, and store credits
  • Clearance, discounted, promotional, or final-sale merchandise

3. Blind Boxes & Mystery Products

Blind Boxes

Blind Boxes contain randomly selected materials or items. Variations in content, color, style, or assortment are part of the intended product experience and are not considered defects.

For this reason, Blind Boxes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the primary product is defective.

Promotional Free Gifts

Free promotional items:

  • Cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • Are not covered under warranty
  • Do not affect refund values for qualifying orders

If a free gift arrives damaged, Makrnook may provide replacement assistance at its discretion. Replacement items may differ from the original and will typically be included with a future order rather than shipped separately.


4. Online Order Returns

To start an online return request, please contact:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused
  • Makrnook is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.


5. In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in-store:

  • Returns and exchanges must be completed at the original store location
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method
  • Store credit may be issued in certain situations

Returns sent to other addresses may be delayed or rejected.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the original packaging

Claims submitted without supporting information may not be processed.


8. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Orders paid using gift cards or store credit will be refunded as store balance
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless caused by a Makrnook error

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but most refunds are completed within 3–10 business days.

Makrnook reserves the right to partially refund or deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.


9. Exchanges

Eligible exchanges must:

  • Be requested within 30 days
  • Involve unused and unopened products
  • Be completed in-store only

Customers are responsible for any applicable price differences during the exchange process.


10. Situations Where Returns May Be Refused

Makrnook may reject returns if:

  • Items show signs of use
  • Packaging or components are missing
  • Products were damaged after delivery
  • Returns are sent without approval
  • Requests are submitted after the return period
  • Hygiene or safety concerns apply
  • Products fall under final-sale categories

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled any time before shipment.

After an order has shipped, it becomes subject to the standard return policy.
